ProFluid Elite Heavy Duty Fully Synthetic Motor Oils, SAE 15W-40 API CK-4/SN, are formulated with synthetic base oils and a premium additive package. These oils are designed for use in high-speed, four-stroke diesel engines designed to meet 2017 Tier 4 on-highway and off-highway emission standards, as well as previous model year diesel engines. These oils are particularly effective in maintaining the longevity of emission control systems that utilize particulate filters and other advanced exhaust aftertreatment systems. ProFluid Elite Full Synthetic Heavy Duty Diesel Engine Oils API CK-4/SN provide improved protection against oil oxidation, shear loss and oil aeration, as well as protection against catalyst poisoning, particulate filter blockage, engine wear, piston deposits, low and high temperature degradation and viscosity increase associated with soot formation. In addition to API CK-4, these oils exceed the performance criteria of CJ-4, CI-4 with CI-4 PLUS, CI-4 and CH-4 and can effectively lubricate engines meeting these API service categories.
