Terms of returns and exchanges

Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receiving the goods by the buyer.

Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.

Conditions for returning goods of appropriate quality

In accordance with the "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights", buyers of our store have the right to exchange or return the goods purchased from us within the first 14 days after purchase. You can return the product or exchange it if: - the product has not been used and has no signs of use by the consumer: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.; - The product is fully assembled and the factory packaging has been preserved; all labels and factory markings are preserved; - compliance with the product form and its consumer properties. Delivery for exchange/return of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer.

In accordance with the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the company can refuse the consumer to exchange and return goods of proper quality, if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality, which are not subject to return and exchange .
